Supported Juno perijove from 0 through 77 using the JRM33 + CS2020 model. Changed the time range selection criteria based on the Jovicentric equator crossing. The selection of Prime/Extended is dropped (in accord with the updated das2 readers). Also, Juno/Models dsdf is "MagField_JRM33_CurrentSheet.dsdf" (previously "MagField_JRM09_CurrentSheet.dsdf").
